It was such a pleasure working with Jon & Rachael. At our first meeting, Jon was very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to get along and work with. After deciding on a sales price, Jon performed his magic, and our house sold the very NEXT DAY!!!! We received the offer for exactly the amount we wanted. The whole (brief) experience was flawless. I hardly had to lift a finger, everything was taken care of by Jon, and his wife, Rachael. I was constantly kept informed during the whole process, and they were always available to me at any time during the week, including weekends, for any questions I had. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jon and his team to any potential buyer or seller way before looking elsewhere, they are head and shoulders above all competition.

The John Carroll team listed my property and took care of everything. I lived out of town so I was not around to take care of a lot of things they took care of it all.We did not agree on price but Jon explained the listings in area were going for so we settled on a price. Got it sold in70 days The closing went very smooth even though I was out of town. Got the money transferred in my account same day as closing.Do not live in area but if I did I would refer the carroll team. the Carroll team are very nice people.

There are not enough words to describe our realtor, Itzel Delgadillo. My husband and I set up a vacation in May to Port St. Lucie Florida. I began online searches for a potential realtor to look at homes while on vacation. While online, I find the Carrroll Team website.
