It was such a pleasure working with Jon & Rachael. At our first meeting, Jon was very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to get along and work with. After deciding on a sales price, Jon performed his magic, and our house sold the very NEXT DAY!!!! We received the offer for exactly the amount we wanted. The whole (brief) experience was flawless. I hardly had to lift a finger, everything was taken care of by Jon, and his wife, Rachael. I was constantly kept informed during the whole process, and they were always available to me at any time during the week, including weekends, for any questions I had. The John Carroll team listed my property and took care of everything. I lived out of town so I was not around to take care of a lot of things they took care of it all.We did not agree on price but Jon explained the listings in area were going for so we settled on a price. Got it sold in70 days The closing went very smooth even though I was out of town. Got the money transferred in my account same day as closing.Do not live in area but if I did I would refer the carroll team. the Carroll team are very nice people.
